Deputy Commissioner (DC) Mon has informed all arms license holders under Mon that National Database of Arms Licences (NDAL) portal for uploading details of arms licenses and issue of Unique Identification Number (UIN) to all licenses have been re-opened. DC Mon, Thavaseelan K has informed that the last date for uploading details and generating UIN has been extended to March 31.
Arms licenses without UIN would be invalid after 31 March and arms license holders who already have UIN need not furnish their details again.
