In view of the current spell of dry/ windy season, the Deputy Commissioner and chairman District Disaster Management Authority, Kiphire, Temsuwati Longkumer has issued advisory informing the general public on precautionary measures while dealing with fire related activities to prevent outbreak of fire disaster. The concerned leaders and public in town, and the village councils have been requested to prohibit the above activities till further notice.
