DC Tsg urges public not to panic

Responding to a press release issued by Yimchungru Public Coordination Committee (YPCC), Deputy Commissioner, Tuensang, Alem Jongshi has urged the public not to panic but to remain calm.
In a press release, Deputy Commissioner said the government is making all necessary arrangements for any eventuality in and around Tuensang town. He also stated that the district administration is making all efforts to identify the organisation and to bring upon an amicable solution to the issue.
It may be noted here that YPCC had on January 8, through a public notice, directed non-Yimchungrus and non Chnags residing in Tuensang town, be it local or non local to vacate/ move out of the town within two days so as to clear misunderstanding between the Yimchungrus and the Changs once and for all.
It also stated that Yimchungrus would not be held responsible for any unwanted situation on the failure to heed to the information.
