DC Tuensang issues travel advisory

In view of the roadblock at KM 14.00 at NH 202 (between Longsa Jn and Dikhu bridge) due to landslide, Deputy Commissioner, Tuensang, Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa informed that the restriction of vehicular movement along the same stretch of the NH (Chare-New Chungliyimti – Meyilong-Longsa-Sewak/ Mokokchung) has been extended till September 5 and 6 on account of non-completion of work/debris clearing.


In this connection, travellers have been advised to take the following alternative routes on the restricted date: Trongar-Alisopur-Longmisa-Mokokchung and Yangli/New Sangsomong-Yehemi-Suruhoto.
