Dimapur Changki Senso Telongjem (DCST) celebrated its golden jubilee at Oasis, Khermahal, Dimapur on October 2.
A press release from DCST, Dr. Temjennungsang Longchari stated that, the special invitee to the programme, Nagaland DGP, T. John Longkumer exhorted the gathering to respect elders who had started the DCST in 1968.
He also advised the gathering to trust in God and not just in one’s ability as one was nothing before God. Stating that meekness before God was strength before man, he also said that one should seek forgiveness from God and do everything with humanity. He said that by having faith in God one could solve all problems and therefore should not lose heart.
Further, he said that people must be patient, kind and use wisdom when society needed it.
