The Dimapur District Legal Services Authority (DDLSA) organised legal awareness programme with youth department at the Konyak Baptist Church Dimapur (KBCD) on August 27.
Kekhriel-u Mezhu, Sentimenla, Rokovitsu Kate and Zuchumpeni Ngullie, panel lawyers DDLSA, spoke as resource persons on various topics on Cyber Crime, POSCO, Consumer Protection Act and Domestic Violence at the programme. Queries were fielded during the discussion session on topics from Domestic Violence, Consumer Protection Act. Panel lawyer DDLSA Khumchuba Chang highlighted about the aims and objectives of legal services authority.
AjongbaImchen, secretary DDLSA and chief judicial magistrate, Dimapur, encouraged the youth participants to avail the free legal services. The programme was chaired by Sangto Longchar, panel lawyer DDLSA and invocation was pronounced by youth director, Konyak Baptist Church.
