Dimapur District Legal Services Authority (DDLSA) organized Lok Adalat on Saturday, where 63 cases relating to Motor Accident Claims (MAC) were settled. The Lok Adalat was inaugurated by District and Sessions Judge, Dimapur, Neiko Kanuo who is also the chairman of the DDLSA. Claims amounting to a total of Rs. 1,47,60,000 were settled at the Lok Adalat thereby avoiding protracted legal proceedings in respect of the claims. Public have been asked to avail services and obtain details from DDLSA front office at the district court building, Dimapur.
