The intending candidate from the 22 Arkakong A/C, former minister, Nuklutoshi Longkumer, on Monday declared his candidature to contest with the NPP ticket, at Yaongyimsen Yimchen Mepu.
Declaring his candidature, Nuklutoshi Longkumer stated that he had always stood for wishes of the people (while he represented as an MLA of the constituency). He promised, to do further, if elected, to fulfil his vision of providing more legitimate jobs for the youth and bring about modern agricultural innovations for self-sustenance of the agro-villages. Longkumer also promised to focussed proper communication infrastructure for broader prosperity.
Earlier, short speeches were delivered by NPP National General Secretary, New Delhi and MLA Manipur & NPP Northeast in-charge, M Rameshwar Singh, NPP National Secretary New Delhi, Sushil Huldrom and a host of NPP State and district NPP frontals.
Exhortation was said by Riongsanger Tatar & GB, Takameren and the function was chaired by NPP 22 Arkakong A/C Women President, Temsunaro.
Later, Nuklutoshi Longkumer’s candidature was declared at Nukshiyim and Liro model village.
