Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer, Kohima Rajesh Soundararajan has appointed presiding officers, 1st polling officers, 2nd polling officers and 3rd polling officers and additional polling officials and grade IV staff for the conduct of by-election to the 10 – Northern Angami-1 AC which was scheduled for poll on July 29 from 7 a.m to 4 p.m.
According to DIPR report, the training schedule in connection with the by-election, polling personnel first round presiding officers, 1st polling and additional polling officer for VVPAT on July 17, 10 am at DPDB Hall, Kohima. 2nd polling and 3rd polling officer is on July 18, 10 a.m at DPDB Hall, Kohima. Second round training and group familiarization for presiding officers, 1st polling officers, 2nd polling officers and additional polling officers for VVPAT on July 10 a.m at DPDB Hall, Kohima.
The final round of training for presiding officers, 1st polling officers and additional polling officers for VVPAT will be held on July 24 between 11 a.m to 3 p.m at DC’s conference hall, Kohima and for 2nd and 3rd polling officers will be held on July 25 between 11 am to 3 pm at DC’s conference hall, Kohima.
