District Education Officer (DEO) Mokokchung has informed all concerned that the office will disburse back-log payment of Pre-Matric Scholarship for Schedule Tribe (PMS-ST), class IX & X for the year 2016-17.
In a press release, the DEO stated that the scholarships could not be credited due to dormant/inactive or incorrect account details furnished by students.
The DEO has asked all concerned principals/headmasters of both government and private schools to inform concerned students to come with their original mark sheet of the mentioned years and check the name list from March 1 to 31.
The office will not entertain any cases regarding this matter after March 31.
