Department of Posts will implement its upgraded APT application across all post offices under the Nagaland Postal Division on July 15, 2025, as part of a digital transformation initiative.
To prepare for the rollout, no public transactions will be carried out on July 14, 2025, due to scheduled downtime for data migration and system checks.
According to the Superintendent of Post Offices (HQ), the upgraded APT system aims to improve user experience, service speed, and customer convenience. The department has requested customers to plan their visits accordingly and has expressed regret for any temporary inconvenience. The initiative is aimed at delivering more efficient and digitally empowered postal services across the state.
