Dimapur Government College (DGC) held a warm farewell programme for retiring associate professor and former Head of department, Political Science, Khrienuo Angami on April 29.
The programme was chaired by Purtila, Assoc. Professor, department of Political Science and commenced with an invocation by Dr. Vinyuhu Lhoungu, Asst. department of Economics.
Principal, Prof. Sanjay Sharma in his speech highlighted Khrienuo’s sincerity and dedication to the development of the Political Science department and the college as a whole.
Vice principal, vice president of Dimapur Government College Teachers Association (DGCTA), members of the faculty and Dimapur Government College Students Council, at their speeches described Khrienuo as a vibrant, honest, humourous, intelligent and hard working person.
