Dimapur Government College Evangelical Union (DGCEU), celebrated its golden jubilee on October 14, at Dimapur Government College under the theme “Your Faithfulness Continues Through All Generations” with Asst Professor, department of Botany, NU Dr Neizo Puro, as the theme speaker.
The celebration began with a worship by the praise and worship team, DGCEU. At the programme, president UESI, Nagaland David Koza, pioneer advisor, DGCEU Bino, former senior advisor DGCEU Dr M. L. Ngullie, State secretary, UESI Nagaland Edward Mariizii, and president DGCEU (2018-19) Achum Shitri delivered speeches on detail progress of DGCEU throughout the years.
Earlier, the programme was chaired by advisor, DGCEU Zuchobeni and former president DGCEU (2019-20) Ayuh Konyak, invocation by advisor DGCEU Dr. Hannah Tia and senior advisor, DGCEU Sedevino Jakhalu welcomed the gatherings.
Special song was presented by former committee member of DGCEU Sunday and present DGCEU committee members, choreography by DICEU, West Zone, release of jubilee souvenir by speaker Dr. Puro with, vote of thanks by president DGCEU Bonghok and benediction by Staff Worker, West Zone, Dimapur, UESI Nagaland Kalivi Zhimomi were the highlights of the event.
