DIET Mokokchung organises freshers’ day

District Institute of Education & Training (DIET) Mokokchung organised freshers’ day on the theme “prism of possibilities”, here, on Friday.
Delivering a short speech, vice principal of DIET, Temsuwapang said teaching was the “mother of professions” and expressed hope that with qualified teaching faculty, the fresh trainees will depart the institute as professional teachers with commitment, determination and skills, to impart quality education.
Comperes for the programme were Imlitula and Bendangtula, welcome note was delivered by Lanuwati and freshers’ speech was presented by Moasenla.
Special songs were presented by Longjoy and Naro, and Imlisashi, invocation was offered by Wangshienla and benediction by Bendangtula.
The panel of judges for DIET Mister &Miss Freshers’ 2022 were Nukshinaro, Neivikuolie Kuotso and Zubeni Ngullie.
At the programme, Lanuteka and Temjenmenla were declared Mr & Miss DIET Freshers 2022.
