Department of Social Welfare under the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) has distributed IT equipment to Naga Hospital Authority, Kohima for the purpose of generating Unique Disability ID (UDID) card and soft data of the Persons with Disabilities.
