Dimapur excise narcotic cell (NC) enforcement duty party during routine checking around Highway Area Dimapur, seized 120 cans of beer, 112 bottles of assorted Indian-Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) and 315 litres (approx.) of country liquor on July 11.
According to deputy commissioner of excise (NC), Katoho Sumi, the seized items were deposited to office Malkhana and the case is presently under investigation as per relevant provisions of NLTP Act, 1989.
