Dimapur Gorkha Union clarifies

The Dimapur Gorkha Union (DGU) has clarified that the press statements published on October 11 and 12, 2025, in local dailies in the name of the Union are “null and void.” In a clarification, DGU president Kumar Subba stated that it has no connection whatsoever with those statements, which were issued without the knowledge and consent of the union. Further, DGU has appealed to all its members to refrain from issuing any press statements or publications without the prior consent and approval of the president of the union.
