Dimapur police recover dead body

Dimapur Police recovered an unidentified male body near Blue Hill Station, close to the Northeast Travels counter, on May 25.
According to the PRO, the East Police Station received telephonic information from the Control Room, following which a police team swiftly rushed to the location and recovered the body of a male, aged approximately 25-30 years.
Upon examination, there were no visible injuries on the body, except for a tattoo on the right hand bearing the letters “D.P.” Following the completion of all legal formalities, the body was transferred to the District Hospital Morgue for a post-mortem examination and further identification.
The deceased was found wearing a check white shirt, black jeans, cream-colored shorts, a black belt, black sneakers, and carrying a black fanny pack near the corpse.
