He hoped that the public would continue adhering to the SOPs and those who had not been vaccinated would get vaccinated soon for the safety of all.
Patil, a hotel owner said that the hotel had been seeing more customers than usual and hoped that it would remain so in the days to come.

Speaking to Nagaland Post, Ati, who had come from Kohima said that with hardly a few days prior to Christmas, the state witnessed yet another tragic incident at Oting.
“With the ongoing peace talks, such an incident could have been averted had the security forces not been too hasty” she said.
Ati also said that the loss of innocent lives “for no legitimate reason” had put the whole of NE in a very insecure position and the recent meeting of Nagaland chief minister and others with Amit Shah was “yet to be put up clearly in public domain”. She hoped that justice would soon be delivered to the victims and their families.
