In view of the ongoing four-lane construction works, the Dimapur traffic police Saturday informed that entry of heavy vehicles from New Field Gate Dimapur to Police Check Gate Chumoukedima and vice versa would be restricted from 9am till 7pm and from 9am till 3pm respectively. Dimapur police PRO stated that the new traffic regulation/restriction would apply to all heavy vehicles including local trucks plying along the mentioned stretch. Police have requested all responsible to abide by the new traffic regulation for smooth flow of traffic.
