Directorate of C&I bids farewell to director

The department of Industries and Commerce bid farewell to its outgoing director, I Bendangliba at the Directorate Conference Hall in Kohima on May 31. 
Advisor, Industries & Commerce and NIDC, Imnatiba, graced the occasion as the chief guest. Commissioner and secretary (I&C), Lithrongla G Chishi, officers from the corporations, officers and staff from the district were also present at the farewell programme.
A press release by the incumbent director, Er. S. Temsulong Jamir, stated that Imnatiba congratulated the retiring director for the successful completion of 35 years of service and wished him a happy retirement, while also welcoming the incoming director Er. S. Temsulong Jamir. Imnatiba further called upon the officers and staff to “value sound relationship and work in co-ordination.”
The outgoing director, I. Bendangliba, in his speech, thanked God for bringing him so far and enabling him to retire in good health. He urged the employees to work diligently and bring laurels to the department. 
Speeches were also delivered by incoming director, Er S Temsulong Jamir; managing director (NIDC), C M Lotha; SDO, Yamathung Lotha; general manager DIC Wokha, N Patton; and joint director & president NICGOA. T. Moawati Ao. Lithrongla G Chishi (Comm. & Secy.) also applauded the retiring director for his dedication to the department.
