State government has notified that the Rights of Person with Disabilities Act, 2016 (No. 49 of 2016) dated December 27, 2016 passed by the Parliament and published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India has come into force with immediate effect in the State of Nagaland as per a Government notification dated September 27, 2018.
