The 12th BN National Disaster Management Force, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh along with District Disaster Management Authority, Phek conducted a programme on “Familiarization Exercise on Disaster Management: at Phek Government College at Deo Nukhu Hall on August 21.
PGC media cell informed that the program was chaired by Asst. Prof. and Convener of Disaster Management Committee (PGC), Ronald Difoe Dimasa in the presence of Khrupurhu Domeh (DPA), Joshua Tikhir (EAC, Phek) and Neiwe Mero, Asst. Prof.
A brief introduction was presented by team commander NDRF, 12th BN National Disaster Management Force, Itanagar, Kaikho.
Hands-on training on CPR and other life saving techniques were demonstrated among the students. The team also met the principal, Dr. T. Tiakaba Jamir and apprised him on the goals and objective of the 12th BN (NDMF) Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh.
