Distribution programme of Alkathene pipes six rolls (2 inches) for irrigation and fisheries, 15 rolls green nets, tarpaulins more than 100 nos and 100 chairs for community uses was held at Chishilimi under Pughoboto sub division under PMSKY project on July 21.
According to DIPR report, SDAO Pughoboto Myanthung Patton urged the farmers to use them to enhance production and productivity, stating that they were privileged to have the materials and with assistance from the department he hoped that there will be many success stories related to farming.
Patton thanked the village authorities and the farmers for making their presence felt in all seasons and encouraged them to continue to uplift their livelihood. Village chairman and GB Hokato Chishi acknowledged the department and staff for helping the farming community in various ways.
