Nagaland Education Mission Society, Samagra Shiksha, Nagaland in collaboration with the sub-divisional education office, Shamator organised district level quiz competition for elementary section under RAA 2023-24 on October 13 at Educational Block Resource Centre (EBRC) hall, Shamator.
EBRC co-ordinator, A Kilongba, who was the chairperson of the programme highlighted of the program, followed by welcome address by SDEO Shamator, Robert N Marathon.
Guest speaker of the programme principal, Government Higher Secondary School, Shamator Ram Sewak Jadon, spoke about the potential for Science, Mathematics and technology in classroom settings and beyond the classroom.
After the formal programme, the quiz competition was conducted with Graduate Teacher (GT) of GMS, Leangkonger, Japuno, GT of GHS, Sangkor, Seyielhoukho Nakhro, as the moderator. Tanshimong and Yunglimshi of GMS Leangkonger were declared the winners with Rekila and Kumrila L of GMS Shamator “A” as 1st runners up and H Tsuyanla and B Berimong as 2nd runners up.
