DLSU, LEED condemn

Dimapur Lotha Students Union (DLSU) has condemned the untoward incident meted on Lotha Hoho Dimapur, general secretary Renathung Ezung on August 8, at circular road Dimapur.  In a press release, DLSU president Yanthanthung Yanthan said that people “are not safe in one’s own land where atrocities, assault, robbery occur every now and then”. The union said it would not tolerate such “cowardly act” and assault meted out towards an elderly man. DLCU further appealed the authorities to nab those involved and award befitting punishment.
LEED: Lotha Eloe Ekhung Dimapur (LEED) has condemned the alleged assault on Renathung Ezung, KLOK council chairman and secretary Lotha Hoho, Dimapur on August 8 by some miscreants at Circular road. LEED general secretary, Zujano Patton said the “ruthlessness” of the “hooligans” on motorbike in assaulting Renathung inside the shop.  Further, LEED urged the investigating team to book the culprit (s) at the earliest.
