Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) administrator has informed all hand cart/rickshaw/chat trolley/ice cream trolley/sugar cane juicer trolley/bicycle owner that renewal of DMC registration certificate/license for the year 2017 would commence from March 1. All have been directed to renew their respective license within March 31 and also to obtain new No. plate on deposit of requisite fees.
