DMC asks stall allottees to clear dues within 30 days

DIMAPUR, MAR 12 (NPN):

Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) has directed defaulting stall allottees at various municipal markets in Dimapur to clear their outstanding dues within 30 days from the date of publication of the notice.
In a notification, DMC chief executive officer Thungchanbemo Tungoe cautioned that failure to comply with the notification would invite necessary action, including cancellation of stall allotment and legal proceedings for recovery of outstanding dues as per the Nagaland Municipal Act 2023.
