DMC conducts free health care camp for animals

A team from Dimapur Municipal council (DMC) veterinary public health cell conducted a free anti-rabies vaccination-cum-animal health care camp in the council hall, Notun Bosti, Dimapur on June 8.

A press release from Notun Bosti Council (NBC) chairman, E. Jon Ezung and secretary, Kavito Ayemi stated that, around 150 dogs were vaccinated and medicine given away. The led was by Dr. Sentinungla, deputy director and Dr. Sentimoa Longkumer veterinary assistant surgeon (VAS) along with two vety field assistants (VFS). NBC also appreciated DMC administrator, Moa Sangtam for initiating the camp.
