Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) has notified all the DMC trade license holders, who have been maintaining active trade license, to renew their respective trade license for the year 2023-24 on or before March 31 to avoid late fine.
DMC administrator, W Manpai Phom has also informed all T/L defaulters (from 2006) that the year-wise list have been put up at DMC notice board.
It, therefore, asked all defaulters to renew their trade license on or before March 31, failing which their trade licenses would be cancelled without further notice and no claims shall be entertained.
CTC: Chümoukedima Town Council (CTC) has informed all business establishment under CTC that renewal of trade license and fresh registration would be done from March 20 till May 20. CTC administrator, Dr. Kuzonyi Wideo has asked all business establishments to register/renew their trade license as per Nagaland Municipal Act 2001, failing which defaulters would be strictly dealt with as per the provisions of the law.
