DMC directs shops to follow COVID SOP

Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) has directed all the traders/business houses, shopkeepers to strictly comply with COVID-19 related standard operating procedure (SOP).

In a press release, DMC administrator Albert Ezung stated that the directive was being issued in view of the surge in COVID-19 cases across the country and the impending threat to Nagaland particularly Dimapur.

DMC has informed traders/shopkeepers to wear face mask, keep/use hand sanitizers besides maintaining adequate physical distance inside the shop. It also requested the public to maintain COVID appropriate behaviour in public places and keep the state free from COVID pandemic.
