Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) has directed all the wholesale dealers and also retailers of essential commodities to display the price/rate list of all items in a prominent place of their respective shop/firm for public/consumers view with immediate effect. In an order, DMC administrator Albert Ezung cautioned that anyone found violating the directive would be penalised as per provisions of law.
