Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) has informed all shop keepers, business establishment and commercial institutions within its jurisdiction that officials have been deputed for checking and inspection of trade licensees.
DMC said the inspection will be carried out within the 23 wards pertaining to renewal of DMC trade license and data base for computerization of trade license from July 27 till further order. All shopkeepers, business establishment and commercial institution have been requested to co-operate with the council.
Meanwhile, DMC has informed shopkeepers, business establishments and commercial institutions and those who had not renewed their license till date, to do so with the inspection officials or at DMC office itself to avoid legal course of action.
