Administrator Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) has informed all cycle rickshaw/hand cart/chart trolley/ice cream trolley/sugarcane juicer trolley/bi-cycle owners, to renew their licenses starting from February 15. All have been directed to renew their respective license to obtain new number plate by depositing requisite fees.
