DMC issues permit for home delivery

Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) has issued permits to Nagaland Two Wheeler Taxi Association (9774171883), Freshzola (8119037070) and Ahibo LLP (8837062880) to deliver door to door of essential commodities within its jurisdiction.

In a press release, DMC administrator, Albert Ezung informed that the permit holders, at their own arrangement, would have to adopt proper safety and precautionary measures as per the guidelines issued by the medical department.

DMC has also issued following directives: the permit holder should follow proper sanitization procedures such as gloves, mask and maintaining a distance of at least 2 meter with the customers; the delivery rates should not exceed more than Rs. 50; the permit holder may deliver goods and essential commodities 24/7; the permit holder should not overcharge for the goods and essential commodities and follow approved market rate/price; the permit holder shall also comply/follow all other directives as passed either by the DMC/Central/State government time to time; this permit is valid with immediate effect. However, the DMC reserves the right to cancel this permit in the event of breach of above terms and conditions or nay other dispute, if arises in future.
