Chief Executive Officer(CEO) Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) Thungchanbemo Tungoe has informed all those residing within the municipality to obtain No Objection Certificate (NOC) for residential as well as commercial building from the office of the Dimapur Municipal Council before starting any construction works.
In a notice, Tungoe said the order was to be strictly complied with and cautioned that defaulters of penalty as as per the Nagaland Building By-Law 2012.
