DMC mass social work on June 5

To mark World Environment Day 2018, Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) has called for a mass social work under its jurisdiction on the theme “beat plastic pollution” on June 5, 2018 from 6am to 8am.
In a press release, DMC administrator, Moa Sangtam, informed all the residents of DMC area to join the mass social work, which would concentrate only on plastic waste.
In this regard, DMC has informed all the colony chairmen and GBs to work out one collection point where all plastic waste would be collected.
DMC stated that it would coordinate with the colony authority in collecting plastic waste from one particular location in the respective colony.
