With the introduction of digital-based trade licence management system with effect from May 16, 2023, the Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) has notified that following charges/fees would be applicable at the time of application of trade license under the new system.
In an office memorandum, DMC administrator W Manpai Phom informed that one-time registration fee for trade license categories upto Rs.5000 slab would amount to Rs.300 and Rs.500 for trade license categories above Rs.5000 slab.
DMC informed that security deposit would be the amount equivalent to one year trade licence fee and sanitary services fees.
Meanwhile, issue of duplicate trade license would amount to Rs.300 per licence and change of ownership/Firm name/category of business etc would amount to Rs.300 per licence.
