Nagaland: DMC revises parking fees to 2-hr duration

In partial modification of its earlier order, the Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) has informed that the parking fees will now be collected based on two-hour duration, as opposed to the previous one-hour time frame.

In a notification, DMC’s chief executive officer Thungchanbemo Tungoe further said that no parking fees will be imposed in residential areas.

CEO has directed all agents/collectors to issue parking fee slips with proper serial numbers and to maintain proper conduct. Anyone found under the influence of intoxicants while on duty will face strict disciplinary action, the CEO stated.
