Dimapur police personnel has arrested one person namely Simon Mech (28), son of Kanen Mech of Model Colony, Purana Bazar, Dimapur, for making fake documents on January 10 at about 1730 hrs.
Police recovered two Nos of illegal village council seals, 109 nos of residential proof certificates, 1 Laptop, 7 Nos of fake driving License, 1 No of No Objection Certificate, 1 No. each of designation seal and round seal of District Transport Office Wokha, from his possession.
Accordingly, the Officer-in-charge of East Police Station has registered a regular case vide Dmr East PS C/No. 009/2015 U/S-465/473/472/419 IPC and investigation is on.
