Dimapur police Wednesday informed that the applications for temporary fireworks license would be issued at the office of the commissioner of police, Dimapur in accordance with Rule 84 of Explosive Rules, 2008 and circular by chief controller of explosive.
In a press release, Dimapur police PRO directed interested parties wanting to stock and sell firecrackers to obtain permits for the same i.e. Licence in Form LE-5 after duly filling up form AE-5. PRO stated that the same could be obtained from the office of the commissioner of police, adding that the licences would be issued totally on a temporary basis.
