
Dimapur district administration has informed that returnees to Nagaland through Dimapur district will be screened at the entry point from November 4 onwards and not at the Agri Expo site.
In this regard, district officials will be deputed at four entry points to Dimapur district– airport, railway station, Dillai check gate and New Field check gate.
An order issued by deputy commissioner (DC) Dimapur, R. Soundararajan stated that: “In accordance with relevant SPOs, duty at the respective locations will commence from November 4.”
Till November 4, there were 111 persons under facility quarantine while 1923 were under home quarantine.
Meanwhile, a total of 62,422 samples had been sent for testing through RT-PCR and results of 61,035 samples received.
In addition, a total 33,787 samples were sent for testing through Truenat and results of 33,759 samples have been received. Through Rapid Antigen Test 4,042 samples have been tested.”
