DNSU hosts career seminar to empower youth aspirations

DIMAPUR

Dimapur Naga Students’ Union (DNSU), in collaboration with Achiever’s Academy, organized the Career Guidance Seminar 2025 at Town Hall, Dimapur on August 23, under the theme “Navigating Pathways to Tomorrow: Empowering Aspirations – Charting Your Course in a Dynamic World.”
The programme was chaired by DNSU secretary (Education), Eno Kevin Gonmei, and commenced with an invocation by Eli Andy Thiiviiri. Delivering the presidential address, DNSU president Eno Hinoto P. Aomi encouraged students to pursue their goals with clarity and resilience.
Tokens of appreciation were presented to the resource persons by Rhondeno Odyuo, secretary (Social & Cultural), acknowledging their contributions to the seminar.
Resource speakers Phira M, Inspector of Excise, Government of Nagaland, and Dr. Arenla Aier, Senior Project Manager – HR, Investment & Development Authority of Nagaland (IDAN), shared insights on career planning, skill development, and navigating professional challenges in a dynamic environment.
Vocal coach Gaichungpou Kamei performed a special musical performance and interactive Q&A session allowed participants to engage directly with the speakers.
Delivering the vote of thanks, DNSU vice president R. Micheal Yanthan expressed gratitude to all participants, resource persons, and supporters. He reaffirmed DNSU’s commitment to fostering student welfare, growth, and empowerment, while contributing meaningfully to community development.
