Department of School Education (DoSE) has notified all heads of institutions under NBSE that the sample front page (cover) of answer booklet for HSLC and HSSLC exams had been uploaded in the board’s portal nbsenl.edu.in Therefore, the department has asked schools to download the sample and train candidates who would be appearing HSLC/HSSLC exams 2025.
Schools have been asked to train candidates on how to fill up the subject, exam date and Roll No. both in figures and in words and how to darken/shade the numbers corresponding to the Roll No. in OMR format correctly. DoSE stressed that candidates should not commit any mistake while shading the particulars in the OMR sheets.
It also cautioned students/candidates that writing the wrong Roll No. or shading/darkening the wrong number in OMR would be auto rejected. Further, DoSE requested heads of institutions to inform teachers/ invigilators to be thorough on how to fill-up entries on the front cover of the answer-booklet and to see that candidates enter the subject, date of exam, Roll No. etc.
