‘Dough Re Me Bakes’ launches sit-in café-cum-bakery

“Dough Re Me Bakes”, a brand that symbolizes resilience, innovation, and family values, inaugurated the state-of-the-art store at 3rd Mile Dimapur on September 11.

Special guest Mengunuo Yaden, who inaugurated the store, lauded the brand’s transformative journey. While acknowledging the success story of many entrepreneurs, she said Dough Re Me Bakes should aim to be the best. She also hailed the “testimony of hard work and dedication” of Mesenla Longkumer. The cafe comes with a sit-in coffee store adjoined to its bakery space. The brand intertwines the essence of baking – the name inspired by “dough” and Mesenla’s initials, ‘Me’.

Discussing the future roadmap, Mesenla shared her vision which was beyond mere baking. Since the inception of the café, she stressed the importance of nurturing young talent, providing opportunities for zealous youth eager to delve into the baking world.

With the mulling environmental issues and sustainability, the team informed that specific daily target was set with utmost importance on eco-friendly packaging practices. From delicacies of at least five bread variants amongst instant salads and many more, the price ranges from Rs 100 to 500 with delivery services all round the day. The opening ceremony was attended by well wishers and number of patrons.
