Tseminyu DPDB meeting was held in the office chamber of the deputy commissioner (DC) on Wednesday, under the chairmanship of advisor Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services (AH&VS) and Women Resource Development, R. Khing.
According to a DIPR report, R. Khing requested the officers who were posted in Tseminyu district to be present in their respective offices regularly.
He also requested the officers to attend DPDB meetings without fail.
At the meeting, DC Tseminyu Dr. Zasekuolie Chusi, who is also the vice chairman of DPDB Tseminyu, warned that action would be initiated against absent officers and that irregular officers would be listed out.
The department of Forest and PWD (R&B) presented departmental activities while ADC Tseminyu Longasen Lotha briefed on the conduct of the election.
Phek: Phek District Planning & Development Board (DPDB)
held its monthly meeting on Monday, in the conference hall of the DPDB.
According to a DIPR report, child development project officer (CDPO) Phek, Povezo Puro gave a PowerPoint presentation where he explained all the activities undertaken by the department of Social Welfare in the state and Phek district.
Additional deputy commissioner (ADC) Phek T. Tia Lemtor entrusted the department of Rural Development and Youth Resources & Sports to deliver the PowerPoint presentations in the next DPDB meeting. The meeting also reviewed the last meeting minutes.
As invited by the chairman of the meeting, the new members principal Phek College Tiakaba Jamir and district cultural officer Zhosa Sapu introduced themselves at the meeting.
