DPDB Phek, Wokha meetings

District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) of Phek and Wokha districts was held separately at DPDB conference hall, Phek and conference hall of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Wokha respectively.
Monthly meeting of Phek DPDB for the month of December was held on December 12 with DC and vice chairman, Shanavas as the chairperson. 
According to DIPR report, the board reviewed last meeting minutes and approved the development of Phek district website. In this regard, the departments were requested to give write ups of their departmental activities and submit it within the week for the inclusion in the website.
The DC informed the head of offices to remain in their station and work for the benefit of the public. He also sought co-operation for the forthcoming election. 
The function of Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) was also demonstrated to the house by ADC, Phek, K. MhathungTsanglao. Departmental activities presentation was given by JNV, Zuketsa and ITI, Phek. 
The next DPDB departmental activities presentation would be given by district sports officer, Phek and Food & Civil supply, Phek.
WOKHA: According to DIPR report, monthly Wokha DPDB meeting was held on December 11 wherein the board reviewed last meeting minutes and approved LADP 2017-18 implementation committee members for four assembly constituencies and common pool. 
Members according to constituency wise were 37 Tiyi A/C, convener SDO (C) HQ, BDO, Chukitong and AE (CAWD) Wokha, 38 Wokha A/C and common pool schemes, convener ADC HQ, members DHO (Horticulture) and EE, PWD (R&B), 39 Sanis A/C convener SDO (C) Sanis, members DPO (LRD) and SDO PWD (R&B) Sanis and 40 A/C Bhandari convener ADC Bhandari, members SDO (C) Ralan and SDO PWD (R&B) Baghty. 
Vice chairman and DC, Wokha, Manazir Jeelani Samoon chaired the meeting.
