Deputy chief minister and minister in-charge of Home & R&B, Y. Patton handed over sound system/PA equipments including amplifier two numbers, horn and driver unit 4 numbers each, and microphone 2 numbers, which was received by the information assistant, DPRO office Wokha.
According to DIPR report, Patton in his short interaction with the media people at his residence on July 8 at Wokha, said that since the last three months after the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, he has been assisting people from his 37 Tiyi A/C consisting of around 21 villages.
Around 530 households from his constituency residing at Wokha town benefitted the ration provided by the deputy CM on July 8.
While so, he also appealed all section of the society to maintain social distancing and other guidelines in fighting against the pandemic. Earlier, Rev. Achumo Kithan offered dedicatory prayer.
