In view of ‘Monyiu’ festival at Dimapur on April 2, Dimapur Phom Union (DPU) has requested all heads of department, government/private and all heads of educational institutions, govt/private under Dimapur district to grant restricted holiday for all Phoms on April 2.
In a statement, DPU president Pongshi Phom and general secretary Philip Buchem informed that the festival at Dimapur District Sports Complex (DDSC) would be graced by T.R. Zeliang, chief minister and S. Khoiwang Konyak, ENPO president as the chief guest and guest of honour respectively.
