DRD, NRDSA condole

Officers and staff of Directorate of Rural Development (DRD), Nagaland, Kohima has expressed grief over the demise of deputy project officer, DRDA, Tuensang, late Anti Chang who passed away on February 26. In a condolence note, rural development blocks, Kohima director, Imnukshila Jamir stated that late Chang joined the government service on May 18, 1991 as APO in the erstwhile SRDA and was later absorbed in the department of rural development during the year 1997, presently working as deputy project officer at DRDA, Tuensang, till her passing. The department also stated that she performed her duties with great enthusiasm and sincerity and had a huge concern for the welfare of the people, to uplift the living standard of rural people and had vast knowledge of the department’s activities. Further, the department conveyed condolence to the family members and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace. 

NRDSA: Nagaland Rural Development Service Association (NRDSA) in a condolence message through its president, K. Neibou Sekhose stated that late Chang was a pillar of encouragement for many, especially for the rural people. The association conveyed its condolence to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.
